  • It is very unfortunate that Indian people are losing their trust on their judiciary system. This is happening merely due to slow processing of the cases in courts. It takes years for particular judgment to be delivered. Though all  strong evidences are available but still it is not considered and the particular cases is so stretched that it takes several years for reaching to some conclusion whether particular person  is to be convicted or not. Our judiciary is directly working under the   pressure of our bureaucrats & govt machinery. Despite of all the evidences against  the convicted still that person is freed from any charges.

This was clearly visible from the three cases namely Jessica  lal's murder case, Priya Darshini's Matoo's murder case or Ruchika's suicide case .  All the three case have similarities as in all the evidences   were clearly against the convicted but as they belong to particular class and having the backing of bureaucrats & people in govt   machinery  they were freed and were roaming free for so many years and   no stringent action was taken despite of all the evidences going against them. It  was only after the tremendous pressure from people & media that all the three convicts were charged and framed under the Indian law.

Now the question arises if this is the condition of our judiciary system what should common man expect from our judiciary system. God knows how  many jessica's, priya darshini's, ruchika's are still waiting for justice to be done and they have to wait for several years till the   people of India awake and raise their voices against our weak judiciary system which has to be freed from the clutches of our bureaucrats &   our govt machinery so that our judiciary can deliver right justice and   can put the convicted behind the bars without any external pressure.   Also our judiciary system needs be revamped so that the justice does not have to wait for so long and should be done in minimum possible time.

Please share your opinions what do you think of our judiciary system and what steps should be taken in order to put it on right track.

    Let truth prevails....
