The Main Intention of launching this website is to Preserve our Ancient Old
Kashmiri Culture . Kashmir the Land of Great Saints & rightly being called the heaven on the earth has
seen the Up's & down from the begining but in the Year 1990 the Kashmir has seen the Ever worst
Turmoil.Kashmir which was famous for its beauty,freshnes,brotherhood were One's soul feels
Eternal calm has seen the bloodsheds,Arson,Riots,Rapes etc. The Year 1990 can be rightly called the
black year in Kashmir's history.The year were all the boundaries were crossed were all the age old
cultural & social values were forgotten & crushed were the Kashmiriyat was buried,were the secular
values were thrashed & the most tragic episode was the Mass Exodus of Kashmiri Pandits. They
were forced & Complelled to leave their homeland by the so called Muslim Fundamentalist/Freedom
Fighters. Kashmiri Pandits the most Intellectual community in the whole world & Original Inhabitants
of the kashmir valley which has Five thousand years of history were compelled to leave their
homeland,the Valley were their forefathers had lived were killed brutally & the atomsphere of terror & confusion
was created which was preplanned.The so called Freedom Fighters\Fundamentalists had made all the plans of Ethnic cleaning of Kashmiri
pandits but it was the blessings of Our saints & above all the blessings of Godess Sharika who gave
all her strength to Kashmiri Pandits & we were saved despite of facing all the Odds.
Also It is more important to mention that none of the governments led by national Conference at state level and Congress at the centre leve ever made any attempt to stop this nor bothered to enquire about this as but were just mute spectators watching all this to happen.Had the situation been controlled and checked at the begining the present condition of the Kashmir could hould have been avoided and the scenario would have been totally different but alas no body has put a thought to it and kashmir was deliberately pushed to its present turmoil.Our leaders has played the great role in this.
Most of the Kashmiri pandits were migrating to Jammu,Delhi and had carried nothing with them.
Most of the them
were hoping that the situation will improve in couple of month's & they will return to their home but no
body has ever thought that they will never return to their homeland.Now after Sixteen years of Mass
Exodus of Kashmiri Pandits had once again stood on their own foot had left their foot prints in every
field may be IT/Medical/Education or any other field in India as well as abroad. This all has been
possible because we have carried forward our age old culture despite of facing all the odds. Many
prominent organisations/people are contributing a lot for preservance of our age old culture & we at
khirbhawani are also committed to carry forward the chain so that our youngsters should know their
original roots the Kashmir,its culture & tradations. They should keep clearly in mind that first they are
kashmiri. It is the youngesters who has to carry the torch in their hands & has to show the light of
knowledge to our new sprouts which will be blooming in coming times. This ray of light should never
be allowed to diminish. So I request all the youngsters to come forward & take active part for
preservance of the same.
With the task of preservance of our ancient old culture Khirbhawani.org has also taken the moral
responsibilty of taking of some Social services projects like Creating employment opportunities for
unemployed youths. Saving the Environment & many more. These projects should not be called
personal . These projects are for the benefit of Man-kind & any body can become the member of the
same Voluntary. All those who are interested for the same & wanted to do something for the mankind
may become the member of the same.
These all are non-profit projects.
These Projects will be started shortly. We look whole heartly for ur full support for making these
projects a success.
